Every base covered. Each trigger below has a documented response that keeps the building operating and the department informed.

Fire alarm final does not clear before the September run

Then

Interim notification procedure with staffed fire watch positions at mezzanine and both east horizontal exits; documented to the Bureau in advance of doors.

Sprinkler as-builts outstanding at final

Then

Field-verified red-line set accepted at inspection with certified as-built filed within ten days; hydro certificates carried on site.

Inspection resource unavailable on an event date

Then

Engine company standby requested; configuration held to Configuration 2 with reduced bleacher deployment until inspection occurs.

Occupant load challenged on site

Then

Approved envelope sheet and manifest set produced from the on-site plan package; floor seating reduced to the verified count rather than delaying doors.

Posture

Contingencies are filed with the Bureau in advance where they affect occupancy. Nothing here is a workaround — each option is an interim operational control the department can see and adjust.
