Built as light manufacturing
Original tilt-up shell permitted as F-1 occupancy with no assembly use contemplated.
2010 · Pre-FMC
Warehouse and distribution conversion
Interior racking permit; sprinkler density revised for storage commodity class.
2019 · Pre-FMC
UFC acquisition and Phase 1 buildout
Assembly conversion begins. Master egress approach established for the arena envelope.
2022 · Pre-FMC
Phase 2 — plan of record stamped

2025 · FMC era
FMC engaged — annual POA strategy
Single approved envelope replaces per-event submittals for the arena calendar.
